Finally Fall is coming!
i love to wearing layers outfit!
How's your day guys?My day just like another day, busy as college student with many assignment :')
in my previous post told you, i gained so much weight and i do some tips from y'all.
but i have tips for you have a same problem like me! 
I just don't eat dinner, but you can eat anything from 12 noon until 5 pm, after that you can not eat only drink mineral water and yes it's really works on me. don't forget to do work out too, to make you body toned.
